Video:

• Two (2) DVD players, minimum features: BarcoR8, LCD projector, 8000 lumens, or equivalent to
achieve a minimum 15’x 20’ projection image on upstage cyclorama.
• Necessary cable for mixer to projector, “S” preferred if under 50’run, over 50’ BNC or RCA cable
• Video Distribution Amplifier, if necessary, i.e., if using BNC or RCA cable
• One (1) VHS deck to document mixing, minimum features
• Two (2) Little Lights
• Necessary power for video station with a power strip for 10 inputs
• One comfortable chair
Big Red Media will provide: One (1) 4-channel Edirol Video Mixer, “S” and RCA outputs; Two (2) MiniDV decks/Camera; Adapters for connections to monitors (BNC, RCA and “S”)
Stage Requirements:
a) Proscenium configuration with wings, legs, and borders
b) STAGE minimum floor space of 30’ deep by 30’ wide (band is normally situated upstage of martial arts performers for a minimum of 8’deep by 25’ wide; martial artists (three) require minimum performance area of 20’ deep by 25’ wide.
c) Dance marley (black) covering stage
d) Bleach white cyclorama with respective borders hung from furthest upstage lineset to cover entire upstage wall
e) In-House mix position for Audio and Video with good sight lines
f) Video projection position for a minimum 15’x 20’ projection on upstage cyclorama
g) Two (2) sets of stairs, one (1) each for SL and SR access from stage to House aisles
h) Two (2) 30gallon buckets, one (1) SL wing and SR wing for weapon/prop storage
i) One (1) Shure 55SH Series II, classic style microphone with stand as prop
j) Blue running light backstage
k) Modest-sized dressing rooms located backstage to accommodate 11 performers
l) 10ft long costume rack with 25 hangers
*NOTE: Mineral Water and 100% juice (Absolutely no additives or preservatives, including Fructose and Corn Syrup) in dressing rooms for entire performance.
LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS

*NOTE: lighting plot and additional paperwork will be provided in a timely fashion (as per agreement with onsite Production Manager) after BRM, INC receives ground plan, section plan, and equipment inventory for each venue
PERSONNEL
-BRM, INC for this show is a Company of twelve (12) performers: Eight (8) musicians, Three (3) martial artists, and a Staff of four (4): One (1) Video artist, One (1) Director/Choreographer of production, One (1) Production Stage Manager, and One (1) Lighting Designer, TOTAL: 16
-Presenter provides-
a) Sound board operator for rehearsal and performance
b) Minimum of one (1) electrician and one (1) video technician for focus
c) One (1) wardrobe for rehearsal and performance
d) Exclusive use of stage for load-in and performance days
e) Easy access to TD or PM
MISCELLANEOUS
Presenter must provide the following:
a) Parking for 4 vehicles in reasonable proximity to performance site.
b) Hospitality to be arranged by 4pm for day of show, in dressing rooms for entire performance:
25 bottle waters; assortment of 100% fruit juices
(absolutely no preservatives, including fructose or corn syrup additives!)
c) assortment of fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges and whatever might be in season).
d) A table with chair in the lobby, for concessions to sell Fred Ho CDs and books.
